Charity Ball- November ‘08
In Nov ’08 Aimee Wiggins (Mummy) and Paula Wright (Godmother) organised a Charity Ball which was a great success. We raised £8,700 and gave the money to The Trevor Mann Baby Unit in Brighton and The Special Care Baby Unit in Haywards Heath. The Sussex Circle of Masons also donated £15,000 to TMBU as Aimee approached them for financial help on behalf of the unit. The money donated was used to buy probes for an Ultrasound Machine which scans all parts of the newborn baby’s body on the unit meaning the critically sick baby does not have to leave the unit.
Brighton Beacon Half Marathon
February 2009- Ross Wiggins (Daddy) ran The Brighton Beacon Half Marathon and raised £2000 which kick started The Sydney-Mae Fund.
